WW Bread in Zojurishi 2# Loaf in Machine or split into 2: 1# loafs for the Sunoven

2 # WW Bread in Zojurishi   Machine 10/09 Excellent Results J   Memory #1. "LIGHT CRUST"(1:41 min./ 1 min preheat; 25 min knead; 35 min rise; 40 min bake ). Place wet ingredients in first, no need to melt oil or dissolve honey. Top with dry ingredients. Once it is all done kneading pull the dough out, and the kneading paddles. Shape the loaf and place back in the pan to have a prettier loaf.   Once baked, remove immediately.   Wet Ingredients: 1 ¾ C. Water   Warm   (If dry mix is frozen, use hot water)    1   TB. Oil (Palm) 1 TB Honey   Dry Ingredients: 3 ¾ C. Whole Wheat Flour ( 2 ¼+ C. Wheat Kernels ground ) 1 tsp. Real Salt 2 tsp. Yeast  1+ TB Gluten  2+Tb Potato Flakes
