Blender Pancake


Blender Pancakes or Waffles 

Ingredients 
1Cup whole wheat kernels 
1Cup warm water 
1/2 can coconut milk
1tsp of Salt 
2 whole eggs
1 Tbsp Baking Powder 

Instructions-
Put 1 cup of whole wheat kernels and 1cups of warm water, 1/2 can coconut milk, 1 tsp of salt in the blender. Blend until wheat is ground and mixture is thick. (Note: the longer it blends, the thicker it gets, so be sure to watch it, or it might get too thick.)
2. While keeping the blender going Add 2 whole eggs Blend until well mixed. 
3. Keeping the blender at full speed Add 1 Tbsp baking powder, and let blend for 10 seconds.
